Driver Manager

Responsible for the driver management of an express company, with a daily delivery volume of 10,000 orders and a management number of 200-500 drivers • Recruit and manage proactive and hard-working express drivers • Provide training to help drivers use the APP, start work, and become familiar with the delivery process to improve delivery efficiency • Responsible for driver dispatch; continue to solve problems in driver delivery; improve the delivery rate • Design and implement a driver reward and punishment system to encourage efficient and high-quality delivery • At least 3 years of work experience in the express delivery, logistics, and distribution industry, and 1 year or more of management experience • Ability to be detail-oriented and able to work independently • Ability to communicate in a professional manner; ability to organize and prioritize work • Computer proficiency, MSWord/Excel skills are above average • Language skills: proficient in Mandarin and English Reminder: Do not rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the physical object to avoid being scammed.
