In Florida, many companies prefer hiring local talent. For example, in Tampa or Jacksonville, there’s a high demand for IT and healthcare positions. From what I know, the salary range for IT jobs is about $70,000 to $100,000, while healthcare positions range from $50,000 to $80,000.
