Job Descriptions and Responsibility (Full/Part time, Internship & Volunteer) 1. Tour Operators and Account Managers 1.1. Quoting and Dispatching of business and leisure travel groups 1.2. Customer Maintenance, Support and Marketing 2. Sales and Internet Marketing Specialist: 2.1. Channel and Internet Sales: Chanel and Internet Sales 2.1.1. Multiple media: wechat/weibo/facebook/twitter 2.1.2. Functional website design and maintain (*plus) 3. Bilingual tour guides & seasonal interpreters 3.1. Tour guide with the knowledge of American and Chicago City history and culture 3.2. Translator: A native Chinese with a fluent English speaking and the US education background Job requirements: Qualifications: 1. Have the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English, be careful and patient, and have a team spirit. Past work experience is helpful when applying for a position. Native Chinese speaker including Hong Kong and Taiwan with excellent English/Chinese communication skills for teamwork. Candidate must pay great attention to the details. Previous working experience is preferred, but not mandatory. 2. Salary: Referring to industry standards, the salary will be adjusted based on personal ability and contribution to the company. The probation period is 6 months. Compensation: Salary will be discussed based on the candidate's working experience. Qualifiers will have 6-month probation periods.
