- Interact with customers to understand their furniture/AC needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice on furniture/AC products, materials, styles and customization options. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer consultation and follow-up. - Stay current on current products, trends and promotions. - Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Work with design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field - 2+ years of relevant experience in air conditioning sales or related retail environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and product details. - Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
