Recruitment Picking Team Leader

1. Arrange personnel to pick according to the system order wave; 2. Communicate and handle abnormalities in on-site operations; 3. Follow up on the picking progress to ensure the successful completion of the day's picking tasks; 4. Statistics on picking performance and analyze efficiency improvement plans. 1. Work experience: More than 1-2 years of logistics work experience, those familiar with warehousing operations are preferred 2. Skills: Proficient in using various office software 3. Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts 2. Regularly organize department team building work and employee activities; 3.
