3LCorp. – Framingham, MA Introduction A newly established 3L company in the United States is looking for a marketing associate, contract employee, to work approximately 20 to 40 hours per week. This position assists the Senior Marketing Manager with the market research efforts and reports and provides marketing research on a variety of topics within the trade show industry. You like to be challenged and can solve problems and complete tasks on time. You have the spirit of studying to the end and like to learn. Most importantly, you are willing to work in and strive for a work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. 3L is the U.S. subsidiary of Chinese company RCM and has a successful history of marketing services in Asia. The main goal of the branch is to plan, design and organize exhibitions and conferences for clients in the United States. Key Responsibilities: •Research the latest trends in the trade show/exhibition industry in the United States, Europe and Asia. • Translate business questions and hypotheses into qualitative and quantitative research projects • Uncover insights and impact from research, and share and interpret these learnings and recommendations in an impactful and client-side manner with internal client teams • Design and implement scalable processes to answer recurring research questions • Manage data collection, cleaning and processing • Directly participate in the generation and proofreading of deliverables (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.) • Effectively communicate excellent English research to managers and senior staff Key Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications. •At least 1 year of practical marketing experience. Marketing internship experience is acceptable. •Must have good English marketing writing skills. •Experience in social media and digital marketing. •Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. •Being able to multi-task is critical. •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office software systems, especially Excel. •Energetic and willing to accept challenges. •Being able to write and speak Mandarin is a plus but not required About the Company: Our goal is to support our clients' success.
