Responsible for the recruitment of the driver team and interviewing drivers according to the delivery staff entry process 2. Arrange drivers according to market conditions to ensure sufficient regional transportation capacity, 3. Standardize delivery staff's order receiving, order picking, and order delivery processes to ensure driver delivery quality 4. Supervise delivery staff performance, including delivery efficiency, attendance rate, order error rate, etc. 5. Responsible for driver salary settlement in the region, establishing and maintaining a reward and punishment system for delivery staff 6. Allocating and processing special orders Job requirements: 1. Possess strong management and deployment skills 2. Fluent in both Chinese and English 3. Responsible, good at communication, and able to withstand pressure 4. Familiar with Office software.
