Responsible for the recruitment of the driver team and interviewing drivers according to the delivery staff entry process 丶 2. Arrange drivers according to market conditions to ensure sufficient regional transportation capacity. 3. Standardize delivery staff's order receiving, order picking and delivery processes to ensure the driver's food delivery quality. 4. Supervise delivery staff performance, including delivery efficiency, attendance rate, order error rate, etc. 5. Responsible for the salary settlement of drivers in the region, and establish and maintain the delivery staff reward and punishment system. 6. Allocate and process special orders. Job Requirements: 1. Possess strong management and deployment skills 2. Fluent in Chinese and English 3. Serious and responsible, good at communication, and good under pressure 4.
