Monitor the delivery and pickup of food by delivery personnel through real-time scheduling through the platform background. 2. Arrange drivers according to market conditions to ensure sufficient transportation capacity in the region. 3. Communicate effectively with delivery personnel, standardize the delivery process of orders, pick up orders, and deliver orders, and ensure the quality of food delivery. 4. Learn to observe delivery staff and supervise their performance, including delivery efficiency, attendance rate, order error rate, etc., to maximize the work efficiency of delivery staff. 5. Allocate and process special orders. Job requirements: 1. Possess strong management and deployment skills 2. Familiar with the topography and traffic routes in various areas of New York 3.
