From cute plush toys to high-end prizes, we bring the "thrill of grabbing" to every customer who walks into our store. We're looking for passionate, reliable and friendly team members to join CatchMania! As a team member, you'll create an enjoyable gaming experience for our customers - keeping the gaming area active, maintaining machines, managing prizes, and making sure every player leaves with a smile on their face. • Greets and assists customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Explains game rules and prize winning methods to guests • Monitors and replenishes machines, tokens and prize displays • Handles cash and electronic payments accurately • Keeps the store clean, organized and safe • Assists with event days, promotions and social media shoots (we love sharing the fun!) • Works with the team to create a high-energy atmosphere • Friendly, energetic and customer-focused • Excellent communicator and problem solver • Adaptable to a fast-paced, fun-filled work environment • Have experience in customer service, retail or entertainment industry • Like video games, doll catching or game culture • Good at social media or creative thinking Position type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: $18 per hour Estimated working hours: 20–40 hours per week Contact information: WeChat liuyantroy Reminder: Don’t rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being scammed.
