The work schedule for this position is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your individual needs. This is a 100% remote position with most business/training activities conducted via Zoom. This is a commission-based position with no base salary. Compensation depends entirely on how well you serve your clients. Potential Salary: Part-time employees average $2,000 to $4,500 per month. Full time average is $5,000-$10,000+ per month. Attend regular training meetings (mostly) via Zoom, as well as face-to-face meetings, business meetings and training sessions. The training provided will prepare you to become a licensed financial professional. Promote financial literacy on topics such as retirement, college funds, emergency funds, proper trusts, and wills. Provide professional financial planning services. Self-motivated, self-starter and entrepreneurial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual skills are highly advantageous (English, Spanish, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, etc.). Previous experience in the financial industry, real estate, sales, tax, customer service, or a management/entrepreneurial role is preferred but not required.
