Recruiting a baker

The commercial kitchen is looking for an experienced baker. It is required to have a certain understanding of the dough state, fermentation, shaping and baking state. Able to independently complete the work process from dough beating to bread shaping according to the recipe. Positive work attitude, ability to independently judge bread status and baking level, and strong time management ability. Working hours are Friday-Monday (negotiable), 7am-3pm. Salary $20/hour (with experience) plus commission. Location Charlestown. Reminder: Don’t rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being cheated.
