Recruiting a bread baker

Looking for a baker (no experience required). It is required to have a certain understanding of the dough state, fermentation, shaping and baking state. Able to complete the work process from dough beating to bread shaping according to the recipe. Positive work attitude, ability to independently judge bread status and baking level, and strong time management ability. Working hours are Saturday and Sunday (negotiable), 7am-4pm. Training period $15/hour. Baker salary is $20/hour (with more experience) plus commission. Location Quincy. If you are interested, please contact 857-498-1385.
