Recruiting a bread baker

Looking for a baker. It is required to have a certain understanding of the dough state, fermentation, shaping and baking state. Able to complete the work process from dough beating to bread shaping according to the recipe. Positive work attitude, ability to independently judge bread status and baking level, and strong time management ability. Working hours are Friday and Sunday, 8am-5pm. Trial period $15/hour. Independent bakers are paid $20/hour. Location Quincy. Reminder: Don’t rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being cheated.
