Head enterprise distribution manager

1. Responsible for the introduction, switching and replacement of commercial distribution resources through bidding; 2. Complete the training of carriers and operators according to the headquarters' distribution operation procedures, specifications, standards and other work requirements; 3. Responsible for the daily operation management of carriers, conduct regular inspections of carrier sites, and follow up and solve operational problems; 4. Conduct resource risk assessments during peak seasons to ensure normal distribution operations; 5. Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of the quality of carriers' distribution operations. 6. Assist the person in charge of the distribution business to control costs, optimize operating procedures, and improve work efficiency; 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience, logistics industry is preferred; 2. Positions in the express delivery industry, carrier management, recruitment management, etc. are preferred; 3. Proficient in using office software such as Office and Photoshop; 4. Understand logistics contracts and related legal knowledge; 5.
