We provide full services for Chinese high-end customers to seek medical treatment and physical examination at the above-mentioned hospitals affiliated with Harvard Medical School. In order to strengthen the company's customer service in Boston and improve customer satisfaction, we are now recruiting two full-time customer service staff in the Boston area. The responsibilities are as follows: 1. Receive domestic customers coming to the United States for medical treatment, including airport pick-up and drop-off. 2. Track the translation according to the customer's needs and take care of the customer's normal and reasonable life needs, such as taking the customer to the hospital for medical treatment, shopping, and helping to arrange and adjust accommodation, etc. 3. Carry out necessary communication and coordination with medical institutions regarding customer medical matters. 4. In case of emergency, be able to handle it quickly. 5. Maintain close contact with domestic colleagues. The requirements are as follows: 1. Have legal working status in the United States. 2. Be familiar with the local conditions in the Boston area, including transportation, accommodation, shopping and tourism markets. 3. Good English. Applicants with a background in medicine, nursing and medical English are preferred. 4. Have a driver's license and driving experience, and have your own car. 5. Outgoing, approachable, highly responsible, and able to endure hardships and stand hard work. 6. Experience in customer service and customer communication. Love customer service work. 7.
