Job Responsibilities: Answering calls, responding to emails, online customer service, internal customer service of various e-commerce platforms, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Fluent in spoken English and able to understand Chinese. Familiar with the Internet and basic office software such as Microsoft. Salary negotiable.
