Your mission is to provide ZBS customers with satisfactory services and to let more customers know about and expand the happy ZBS family. You'll receive career coaching, learn with your colleagues and be the best you can be! 1. Organize online customer communication meetings, introduce relevant products, and answer customer inquiries; 2. Organize product training meetings for online customers to train the deployment and use of machines; 3. Connect with customers’ product usage issues and daily client technical support; 4. Collect customer needs and promote customers’ rationalized needs online; 5. Responsible for special follow-up of major customer projects, coordinate multi-party R&D resources, complete customer demand confirmation, research and development, delivery, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of project acceptance; 6. During the business trip, support customers offline for installation training, cooperate with customers on on-site installation and debugging, and continue to support customers’ business opportunity expansion projects. 1. Fluent in spoken English and able to conduct normal online and offline communication meetings; bilingual candidates will be given priority (English and other minor languages) 2. Bachelor degree or above in computer or related majors, pre-sales/after-sales technical support/on-site implementation work experience; 3. Familiar with or able to quickly get started with software operations, and have high recognition of the artificial intelligence (service robot) industry, and those with industry experience are preferred; 4. Optimistic and positive, with strong execution ability, the ability to independently complete work projects and the spirit of teamwork; 5. Strong ability to independently write solution documents and PPT, as well as clear expression skills; 6. Good at communication, coordination and leading the promotion of abnormal resolution, with pressure resistance and execution ability, strong logic and organization. 7.
