Recruitment position: Store Sales Manager Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient and orderly operations. Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies and product presentation to maximize sales opportunities. Use Retail Math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions about inventory and promotions. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance while adhering to budget constraints. Create a warm shopping environment, communicate with customers in a timely manner and meet their needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with upper management to set store goals, drive store initiatives, and engage with the community. Experience in retail management or similar position, grocery retail industry experience preferred. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and budget management practices. Excellent team management skills, able to motivate and develop employees. Proficient in retail mathematics for effective inventory management and pricing strategies. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), multilingual preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to build good relationships with different types of customers.
