The wood flooring company is recruiting a financial specialist. Salary: 60,000-80,000 plus bonus. Work location: Duluth 1. Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in financial accounting, financial management, etc. 2. Honest and trustworthy, proactive, high sense of responsibility, strong execution ability 3. Have 3 years or more working experience in financial receivables, payables, funds, general ledger and other modules 4. Understand U.S. GAAP and SOX laws, understand various U.S. tax laws, and be proficient in declaring sales tax, income tax and other types of taxes. 5. Proficient in using software such as office excel\word\PPT, and familiar with ERP software. 1. Master financial regulations and accounting standards, be responsible for preparing and improving corporate accounting system procedures, and submit to the headquarters for approval 2. Responsible for daily accounting work: review various documents according to specifications, prepare vouchers, and ensure that all businesses are compliant, reasonable, and legal; organize month-end and year-end accounting, profit and loss carryover, and settlement 3. Responsible for daily expense budget management, expense reimbursement, and review of public payments 4. Responsible for preparing financial reports and submitting financial analysis reports 5. Responsible for tax declarations and handling company tax-related matters 6. Responsible for accounting file management: sorting and binding accounting data and related economic data on a monthly basis to ensure complete documents and neat, beautiful and easy-to-check documents.
