Opportunity Details and Overview: The Inside Sales Representative position offers a high degree of independence and flexibility. Our highest priority is to exceed our customers' expectations at the sales level by providing excellent service, great value and a family-oriented environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be required to assist walk-in customers, answer calls, generate quotes, track accounts and occasionally check in on guests, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly relational job that requires good listening and communication skills. You will be required to participate in regular supplier training and ongoing self-development to maintain relevant and accurate product knowledge. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gathering information on competitor products and pricing, competitively quoting small and large orders Answering phone calls Assisting customers in locating products in showrooms/warehouses Providing accurate product knowledge to customers Seeking opportunities to acquire new customers Assisting in managing dedicated efforts Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships Good communication with affiliated departments Tracking customer orders and providing the latest status of orders Understanding all aspects of supplier catalogs and price books Resolving questions on various products and warranty related services Generating freight quotes Learning and keeping yourself updated with the latest information on sales software if necessary.
