The Right Person Someone who can quickly and accurately assemble products according to specifications and assembly instructions, is willing to receive on-the-job training, is able to work independently, interacts well with others, and understands a variety of processes. To engage in this work, speak plain English, and all personnel must be authorized to work legally in the United States. Maintain good posture while sitting and standing. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
