Cost optimization (personnel efficiency, square footage efficiency, last-mile logistics cost); 1. Responsible for overseas warehouse (warehousing, in-warehouse, and out-of-warehouse links)/last-mile delivery service efficiency and cost monitoring, on-site control and problem solving; formulate warehousing logistics KPI assessment indicators and implement them; 2. Responsible for overseas warehousing operation/end-mile operation capability improvement, cost optimization and service innovation; 3. Function optimization, bug feedback and online testing of warehouse distribution operation systems such as wms tms ERP, etc., and responsible for writing SOPs and training warehouses to ensure the implementation of operational procedures; 4. Coordinate warehouse/end-mile suppliers to complete special business needs; 5. Maintain supplier relationships and contract management; 6. Work experience - more than 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management experience or large and medium-sized enterprise warehouse management experience; 3. Professional knowledge/skills/software: warehousing and logistics knowledge, strong operation and management experience; familiar with market mainstream ERP/WMS and other operating systems; 4.
