FBA supervisor (detailed interview) * Flexibly use the company's website to manage on-shelf and off-shelf operations, and guide and arrange warehouse employees and logistics drivers to deliver and pick up goods. * Provide outstanding customer after-sales service and promptly respond to customer feedback. * Conduct market research and market competition, update and compare recent logistics conditions and market prices in real time. * Analyze and solve logistics sales situations and reasonably respond to financial problems that arise. * Control transportation costs, select appropriate truck logistics companies, and formulate reasonable transportation plans to ensure customer transportation timeliness. * Communicate with warehouse staff in a timely manner.
