This place is top notch. $25 (including tip) for a haircut, and Alfredo knew exactly what you wanted and did a great job. Great place and great barbers Stepping into Alfredo's is like stepping into a time machine. It's 1972, Alfredo and the guys are cracking wise, there are Playboys on the table and an old black guy sweeping up. Conversation revolves around what happened at the track and that frickin' puttan' bartender. If there's talk of politics, it's more likely about the ward boss than the economy.
