Review all sales orders every day to schedule the working plan, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results, also reach the goal. 3. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. 4. Identify daily reports to examine anything that needs to improve. 5. Regularly communicate with customers, employees, truck drivers, and head office to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld. 6.
